After taking the course Mapping Urban Data from Morphocode, in which public landuse data from New York is visualized on an interactive web map, I decided to make my own version of the map using public data from Sao Paulo, Brazil. With data from the Geosampa portal, each lot's SQL number was matched with the IPTU 2020 to find its land use/owner. Names of owners were kept private when they were natural persons and the land use types were separated into the shown categories in English.
